Cut-off date for hotel reservation
Attendees can make their bookings until May 25, 2022 which is the cut-off date. After this date, any additional new bookings can be made offline by direct communication with the hotel and will be subject to availability.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival until 14:00 hours (CET).
