The ICUAS 2022 Technical Program and Book of Abstracts (hardcopy) will be included in the registration package for conference participants. The electronic version is also available for download in PDF.

Venue
The conference venue is the Valamar Lacroma Dubrovnik Hotel. It is located at the address: Iva Dulčića 34, 20000 Dubrovnik, Croatia (map and directions). Here you can see a virtual tour of the hotel (language switch Croatian/English in top left corner).
Registration area
All registered participants must check in at the Registration Desk to pick up their registration packages. Personal badges will be provided to all registered participants.
Attendees must always wear their badges when attending any ICUAS 2022 event.
The registration desk will be open during the following hours:

Conference area
The conference area is spanned across two levels, as shown in the figure below. On Level 1 (one floor down from the lobby), there are four meeting rooms: Bokar, Asimon, Divona 1, and Divona 2, which will host workshops, tutorials, and technical sessions. The Elafiti conference Hall, situated on Level 2 , is the focal point of the conference. The Elafiti conference Hall will host the Keynote/Plenary talks, the competition, posters, and the exhibition area.
Events and receptions
The ICUAS 2022 social agenda includes the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, June 21; the IEEE Young Professionals MeetUp on Wednesday, June 22; and the Banquet, on Thursday, June 23. Details will be posted in the registration area.
IEEE Young Professionals Meetup
IEEE Young Professionals Meetup is an event organized by IEEE Young Professionals Croatia Section, with the support of IEEE Robotics and Automation Society Croatia Chapter and IEEE Student Branch of the University of Zagreb, Croatia. The entrance is free.
How to participate
Late and on-site registration is also available for non-authors who want to attend the conference. The conference is open for both physical and virtual participation. You can register online or on-site (at the conference registration desk – please note the opening hours above). See the registration page for more details.
Steps to register for ICUAS 2022:
- Go to the PaperCept registration page at: http://controls.papercept.net/registration/
- In the Login section, under “Select a Conference”, select “ICUAS 2022” in the list of conferences, and enter your PIN and Password.
- First time users must create a ‘profile’, to get a PIN and Password.
- After you Log in, read the instructions carefully and scroll down and follow the Register now link.
- Follow the self-explained screens to register. You may choose different combinations, for example register for a Workshop/Tutorial only, or the Conference as a whole.
