The registration fee structure allows for physical and virtual presence. The annual conference, including workshops and tutorials, continues to be hybrid. Registration is mandatory for all conference participants, authors, and non-authors.  ICUAS attendees may register under different categories, as shown below. The registration amounts are the lowest compared to similar conferences. Registration fees are in USD ($).

Full registration (physical presence) includes: Access to all technical sessions, exhibits, coffee breaks, lunch on three days (June 7-9), banquet, and welcome reception. It also includes a copy of the conference proceedings. Virtual presence does not include on-site events (coffee-breaks, lunches, exhibits, banquet, and welcome and farewell receptions).

Student registration (physical presence) includes: Access to all technical sessions, exhibits, coffee breaks, lunch on three days (June 7-9), and welcome and farewell receptions. It also includes a copy of the conference proceedings. Virtual presence does not include on-site events (coffee breaks, lunches, exhibits and receptions).

Tutorial registration (physical presence) includes: Access to tutorial sessions, tutorial notes in electronic format and coffee breaks on June 6. Virtual presence does not include coffee breaks.

Guest registration includes one (1) ticket to the banquet and the receptions.

Internet access: All registered participants will have complimentary Internet access.

Author registration

Authors of accepted papers must register when uploading the final versions of their papers. The Full Registration covers up to two (2) papers. An extra paper upload fee applies to each additional paper (3rd paper and beyond).

Find “ICUAS 2023” in the list of conferences.

Click on “Register for ICUAS’23”. On the page that opens next, check and update your personal information if needed; then select Register Now and follow the instructions. You may choose different combinations, for example, register for a Workshop/Tutorial only, or, register for the Conference as a whole.

Complimentary registration is included in exhibitor and sponsor packages.

Registration cancellation and refund policy

ICUAS ’23 is a four-day event, starting with Tutorial/Workshop sessions (June 6, 2023), followed by a three-day main Conference program (June 7-9, 2023). Registration cancellation and refund policy are as follows:

  • 60 days or more before the conference: 100% refund except for credit card processing fees;
  • 30-59 days before the conference: 50% refund except for credit card processing fees;
  • Less than 30 days before the conference: No refund.
