Aside from nice beaches, cafes, and restaurants, Dubrovnik offers many cultural events and historic monuments. Its fortified old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As reported by the Dubrovnik Times in November 2021, the British travel magazine <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thedubrovniktimes.com\/news\/dubrovnik\/item\/12496-dubrovnik-and-croatia-recognised-by-wanderlust-readers-as-leading-travel-destinations\" target=\"_blank\">Wanderlust<\/a>
