Full\/complete papers must be submitted online, electronically<\/strong> through the PaperCept Conference Management System<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n The submitted papers should follow the usual IEEE paper format for conferences (two-columns, 10 point, Times New Roman). For your convenience, templates are available<\/strong> for LaTeX<\/a> and MS Word<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can submit your paper in PDF format, or, use PaperCept<\/em> for compliant PDF conversion from LaTeX and MS Word documents. Please refer to the PaperCept<\/em> Support page<\/a> for details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Submitted papers should be classified as Contributed<\/em>, Poster<\/em> or Invited Session<\/em> papers. Please note the paper length limitations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once the review is completed, accepted Contributed<\/em> and Invited session <\/em>papers will be allowed up to two (2) additional pages. Please note that additional pages will incur an extra-page fee of $100 per page<\/strong> at the time of final submission, and plan accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Also note that PDF files larger than 2 MB cannot be uploaded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To compete for the Best Student Paper Award<\/a>, the first author of the paper must be a student.
