The ICUAS ’22 Registration Fee structure considers a physical presence conference<\/em><\/strong>. Regardless, should this not be the case, the Registration Fee structure allows for remote participation and attendance. Registration is and will be mandatory for all conference participants, authors, and non-authors. ICUAS attendees will be able to register under different registration categories, as shown below, yet, the registration amounts are the lowest compared to similar conferences. Registration fees are in USD ($).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Full registration<\/strong> (physical presence) includes: Access to all technical sessions, exhibits, coffee breaks, banquet, and receptions. It also includes a copy of the conference proceedings. Virtual presence does not include on-site events (coffee-breaks, exhibition, banquet, and receptions).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Student registration<\/strong> (physical presence) includes: Access to all technical sessions, exhibits, coffee breaks, and receptions. It also includes a copy of the conference proceedings. Virtual presence does not include on-site events (coffee-breaks, exhibition and receptions).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tutorial\/Workshop registration<\/strong> includes: Access to tutorial\/workshop sessions, tutorial\/workshop notes in electronic format and coffee breaks. Virtual presence does not include coffee breaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Internet access:<\/strong> All registered participants will have complimentary Internet access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Author registration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Authors of accepted papers must register when uploading the final versions of their papers. The Full Registration covers up to two (2) papers. An extra paper upload fee applies to each additional paper (3rd paper and beyond).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exhibitor\/sponsor fees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Complimentary registration is included in exhibitor and sponsor packages<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration cancellation and refund policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

ICUAS \u201922<\/strong> is a four-day event, starting with Tutorial\/Workshop sessions (day 1), followed by a three-day Conference (days 2-4). Registration cancellation and refund policy is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • 60 days or more before ICUAS \u201922: 100% refund except credit card processing fees; <\/li>
  • 30-59 days before ICUAS \u201922: 50% refund except credit card processing fees; <\/li>
