The next steps for authors are as follows:

  1. Register for the conference until April 23, 2023 (note the NEW FINAL deadline for early/author registration). To register, point your browser to PaperCept registration page at https://controls.papercept.net/conferences; select Register for ICUAS’23, log in and follow the instructions. Upload the final version of the paper, together with the signed copyright form, by the same date (April 23).
  2. Reserve your hotel – the hotels in Warsaw, which offer special rates are listed under Venue and travel / Hotel rates and reservation.
  3. Make your travel plans. Poland is a member country of the European Union and a party to the Schengen Agreement. Citizens of some countries need an entry visa for Poland. For more information, check out the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Republic of Poland (visa information page).
